Mozart Festival

The Mozart Festival is back!! This Halloween season we are going to bring the music of Mozart back to life all over Church Hill! This is a day long free music festival where many of Richmond’s finest classical musicians will provide a beautiful soundtrack to this historic Richmond neighborhood. Do we have lots of live music? Yes. Do we have informative events put on by experts? Yes. Do we have a family fun filled afternoon? Yes, we do! Folks, we got it all! A full day of Mozart from 10am to 7pm in the lovely Church Hill neighborhood. Save the date, get hyped, and make a donation toward the festival here!

10 am: Yoga with Mozart

11:15 - 11:40 - Student Recital

11:45 am: TJVikings Marching Band

12 pm: The Hills Are Alive With The Sound of Mozart

Location: Bellevue Elementary School's Harvest Festival (2301 E Grace St)

1:30 pm: Austrian Wine Tasting

2:30 pm: Caffeine, Conniving and Cosi

Location: Riverbend Roastery (2623 E Broad St)

A cast will perform a scene from Mozart's opera Cosi Fan Tutte

3:00 pm: Mozart 101: Mozart’s Starling

Location: Sub Rosa Bakery (620 N 25th St)

Hosts: Timshel Purdum (Virginia C. Ellett Director of Education, Science Museum of Virginia) and Joshua Borths (Virginia Opera Resident Scholar & Development Assistant)

4 pm: Happy Hour with RVA Ensembles

Location: Historic Graveyard at St. John's Church (2401 E Broad St)

Rain Location: Parish Hall

Wine, beer, and food by Brekkie will be available

5:30 pm: Costume Contest

Location: Historic Graveyard at St. John's Church (2401 E Broad St)
